Q. I am not sure if this garment will fit me?
A. Send us an email with style # and will will be happy to provide you with the exact measurements of the garment. 

Q. I love this garment but you are out of my size, will you be getting more?
A. We normally do not restock any of our garments. What is available on our website is all we have in inventory.  

Shipping

Q. When will my order ship?
A. Shipment processing time is within two business days. Standard delivery is approximately four to six business days within the United States; Expedited delivery is two business days; Next Business Day delivery is one business day. Delivery times do not include processing time. If the item is not in stock, you will receive an email to notify you.

Q. How will my order ship?
A. We typically ship via USPS or FedEx. Once your items have shipped you will receive an email confirmation of shipment with tracking number.

International orders are decided based on the cheapest solution to ship to you.

Q. Do you charge taxes?
A. Popcorn’s Closet sells to various states throughout the United States. Sales tax will be applied to your order, based on the order’s “ship-to” address, in accordance with the laws in that jurisdiction. Some states also require us to apply tax on delivery. All applicable taxes will be clearly displayed on your order at order completion time. Tax rates are subject to change at any time.

Returns:

Returns are handled on a case by case basis for store credit only. Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.   

Products must be unworn with tags attached.

Q. How do I return a damaged item?
A. Returns on damaged items must be made within 3 days of purchase. You can request to return an item by emailing us at support@popcornscloset.com with your reason for return.

Please provide a photo of damage if any and a brief description within your email.

Q. Can I return items that did not fit?
A. Yes, for store credit only. Garment must be in unworn condition with their tags attached and requested within 3 days of delivery.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fee on items that do not fit. Please contact us for a Return Authorization before returning. Packages received without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.

Q. How long will my store credit take when I return an item?
A. Store credits will be processed within two business days of when the returned item has been received at our location. You will receive an email notification once the store credit is available.
